A low-interest financing program on winter tires is again being offered in Manitoba.
Manitoba Public Insurance says 30,000 Manitobans have used the program to date.
The program offers loans up to $2,000 per vehicle for up to 48 months at prime plus two per cent.
It was first introduced by the province last fall and is administered by MPI.
