The Brandon Regional Health Centre has seen an increase because of the rise in patients coming in high on crystal meth or other narcotics.

Although BRHC has security, there is nothing at the emergency department, where it’s greatly needed.

The majority of the emergency departments in the Prairie Mountain Health Region don’t have security.
