A video posted online last month appears to show someone driving at speeds as high as 180 kilometres an hour, while filming it on a hand-held device.

 

43-year-old Sheldon Karl Skulmoski of the RM of Swan Valley West is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and what police call an assortment of Highway Traffic Act charges, including speeding, failing to use a seat belt, and distracted driving.

 

The matter will come before a Provincial Court Judge in Swan River on November 4.
