For the first time since 1960, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are 5-0 to begin their season. 

The team thrashed Ottawa tonight, 31-1 in Winnipeg. After outscoring Ottawa, 7-1 in the first quarter, Winnipeg really turned it on in the second. 

They scored 21 points and gave up zero in the second quarter to take that lead into halftime 

Matt Nichols also made history at one point, as he completed 19 straight passes in the HD win. 

Winnipeg added a field goal in the fourth while Ottawa failed to score a single point in the final three quarters.

Andrew Harris has 63 rushing yards and 68 receiving yards and a touchdown. 

Winnipeg will look to make it 6-0 against Hamilton next week.
