The annual Rotary Book Fair kicks off today at the 8th avenue hall.
Organizer Jean-Louis Guillas says the public has been extremely generous again this year in donating books for the sale.
An added benefit, Guillas says they will not be increasing prices for the books this year.
"Most books are going to be $2, while the little kids books are going to be even cheaper. We are in the business of getting kids hooked on reading. So we want to get the books back out into the community as fast as we can. So the little kids books will sell for 25 cents and up."
The sale goes from 9 until 7 today and tomorrow, and 9 until 4 on Saturday.
