Once again this year, the Rotary Club of Dauphin is hosting an international exchange student for the current school year.
This year, the student is from Finland and attending the DRCSS.
Dauphin students are also experiencing a similar opportunity, one in Belgium and the other in Italy.
If there are other Dauphin students interested in exploring the Rotary international exchange program, Rotarian Laura Wyshynski says they need to get their application in soon.
"There is an application online, if you go to District 5550 Rotary Club. There is all kinds of applications and other stuff online and lots of information about Rotary Exchange. But we have to have that application into our club by November 2nd, then we do an interview and then we have to fo to the district, and then they do an interview of their own."
On October 29th, Rotarians Christine Harapiak and Donna Davidson will be at the DRCSS with infor on Rotary Exchange progtrams, Youth leadership camps, and scholarships available through the club.
