An 18-year-old man has a December court date to answer to impaired driving charges.
Around 2:25 Sunday morning, Swan River RCMP responded to reports of a possible impaired driver driving erratically in the community.
After a patrol, Mounties found the suspect car parked, and the driver sleeping behind the wheel.
A breath sample was requested, with the blood-alcohol levels being above the legal limit.
The suspect's name cannot be publicly released until the charges are sworn.
