Over two years after a man died after being attacked outside of the Swan River EMS building, one of the accused in the case is still going through the court system.
42-year-old Tyrone Guiboche faces a charge of manslaughter in the case.
He appeared in Swan River court last week, with his matters put over until March 4th.
And another court appearance has also been made by a man, charged in connection with a historical sexual assault in western Manitoba.
65-year-old Vincent Tacan is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 1984.
His matters were adjourned to March 11.
