Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Office Administrator to work in our busy office. Hours are 8-4, Monday to Friday. The role includes managing steady workflow, coordinating office activities & operations, supporting budgeting and bookkeeping, and other duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS:
* Familiarity with office mgmt. procedures and basic accounting principles
* Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms
* Possesses strong organizational & communication skills, self-motivated, and can work under minimum supervision
* Experience in office administration or relevant field is preferred
