Danny Schur released his film about NHL goaltending legend Terry Sawchuk last fall, this year he's bringing it back home to show it.

The Manitoba Junior Hockey League has released their Week One Power Rankings.

After going 0-2 over the weekend the Kings sit 9th on the list.

Portage, Steinbach, and Winkler top the list, just behind them are OCN, all four teams are 2-and-0.

The Kings play Swan on Friday this week and Selkirk on Sunday, both at CUP.

The CJHL released their first weekly ranking of the season today as well. The OJHL's Trenton Goldenhawks topped the list. Several Manitoba teams made the list: Portage (5th), Steinbach (7th), OCN Blizzard (8th), Winkler Flyers (9th), and the SJHL's Flin Flon Bombers (12th).

The Dauphin Clippers hockey team has a new coach. Trevor Robak has taken the reigns of the Clippers this season.
 
Robak has coached minor hockey in Dauphin for several years and his son played for Clippers teams in the past.
 
The Clippers are just getting ready to start the season, they held their second on-ice session Monday.
 
They start with a preseason tournament in Glenboro midway through October. 
 
Tune in for an interview with new coach Trevor Robak and team manager and assistant coach Jason Alf on Friday during the Kings One Hour Powerplay show.
