World Girl's Hockey Weekend takes place the October 7-9th and features the annual Long Game.
The Parkland Minor Hockey Association will join in on the World Girl's Hockey Weekend celebrations next Saturday.
The Weekend features a "Long Game," a Canada-wide, province-to-province game with Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget, and Senior divisions.
The game starts early on Saturday (Oct. 8th) in Newfoundland. After an hour the game, and the score moves west to the next province, eventually ending in BC 15 hours later.
Parkland Minor Hockey will take part in the Atom Long Game at 1:30, Midget Long Game at 4:00, and Seniors Long Game at 5:30pm.
There will also be a Moms vs Daughters game at 2:30.
