Colby Jaquet burned his former team and the Dauphin Kings picked up their second straight win.
Jaquet set up Grady Hobbs who scored the game winner late in the game as the Kings skated to a 3-2 win.
Levi Mitchell was also solid against his old team as he made 28 saves in the win.
Grady Hobbs also scored another goal and he now has 30 on the season.
Scoring Dauphin’s other goal was Austin Lamotte.
Dauphin has now won two straight games. With the win, they’re just three points behind Virden for sixth and five back of Wayway for fifth.
They’re back on the ice on Tuesday against Winkler in Dauphin.
