The Dauphin Clippers varsity boys volleyball team put up a great fight, but their season came to an end today in the quarterfinals.
Playing against Northlands Parkway, the Clippers fell, 23-25, 24-26.
In their first playoff match, Dauphin thumped Transcona, 25-21, 25-15.
Clipper girls:
They beat Steinbach Christian, 25-21, 25-23 to move to the quarterfinals.
In that match, Dauphin played the top-ranked Neelin SpRtans and they gave them a solid run.
Dauphin had 19 points in the first set and 20 in the second.
