The Parkland Rangers’ had three players record two points each as they went on to beat Interlake, 4-1 earlier tonight.

Parkland took a lead at 15:07 as Jayden Jubenvill opened the scoring. Frederick Ledoux and Hayden Lacquette picked up the assists. 

The Rangers’ completely dominated the second period by outshooting Interlake 22-6 and they capitalized once. 6:40 in, Warren Jubenvill made it 2-0 Parkland after 40. Jaegar Lapointe and Taron Topham assisted on the goal. 

Frederick Ledoux made it 3-0 just 5:06 into the third with Lapointe earning his second assist of the game. 

DJ Taylor-Luke made it 4-0 for Parkland with just over two minutes left in the game. Lane Luhowy and Taron Topham notched the assists.

Interlake would respond with one goal but that was it.

Keaton Ziprick was fantastic in net for Parkland as he made 34 saves.

Parkland is back at it on Sunday afternoon. 

Bantam Rangers:

Playing the Yellowhead Chiefs, the Rangers’ had a 1-0 lead after 40 minutes off a goal from Marco Bodnarski.

The top-ranked Chiefs’ did end up scoring three in the third to pick up a 3-1 win.
