A local artist is presenting her art at the Watson Art Centre for the next two months.
“In The Wind” an exhibition of artworks by Jan Jenkins can be seen at the WAC starting today. Jenkins talks about her inspiration for creating these pieces and a little bit about the art.
“Last year I was part of the Manitoba sponsored Rural Arts Mentorship Program. And the results of that was a series of art works where I was challenged to create art that would repeat the pattern and I’ve always loved repeating patterns.”
“In The Wind” is presented at the WAC until the end of February.
