The Dauphin Regional Health Centre welcomed the arrival of the first baby born in 2018.
At 12:48 yesterday afternoon Jupiter Ophelia McCullough-Pauls was born and weighed 7lbs, 10.9 oz.
Her parents Kimberley McCullough and Taylor Pauls are from Swan River.
