A police officer in Winnipeg was arrested after refusing a breathalyzer test yesterday.
Emergency crews were called to a minor collision over the weekend after a vehicle hit a fence in the afternoon. The 8 year member of the Winnipeg police force was placed on administrative leave.
The officer was released and has not been formally charged.
