Manitoba Nurses are making a statement on Wednesdays.
Across the province, nurses are participating in “Wear White Wednesday” in an effort to take a stance for patient safety due to the cutbacks.
Approximately 2000 nurses have been moved around or are seeking new positions as part of the restructuring.
The initiative started back in July and is taking place in hospital wards, clinics, and personal care homes all over Manitoba.
