Mark Grant has been found not guilty of second-degree murder in his re-trial that took place today.
Grant was accused of murder in the death of Candace Derksen in 1984.
The case has been ongoing for 33 years due to the credibility of the DNA testing that took place.
Since 2007, Grant has been behind bars awaiting the outcome of the trial.
