A 23 year old pedestrian was struck and killed last night in Winnipeg.
The accident occurred on Main Street and Sutherland Avenue in the city.
An off-duty officer has been arrested in regards to the incident.
Reports indicate that witnesses claim the vehicle that struck Cody Severight, left the scene, however Winnipeg police have not confirmed it was a hit and run.
