Reports say Winnipeg Police officers were seen outside a home on Balmoral Street in West Broadway this morning.
Police were called just before 8 a.m. They were wearing tactical gear. Five cruisers and one unmarked police vehicle have blocked off Balmoral near Broadway.
A Winnipeg police spokesperson said two people are in custody but no other details regarding what happened have been released to the public.
