The eighth annual Take the Leap conference is currently taking place at the Parkland Rec Complex.
It's an entrepreneurial conference that organizer Carissa Caruk-Ganczar says has been in the works for ten years.
She says it's a full house this year.
"The last couple years we've been basically sold out, so around that 125 with actual entrepreneurs and service providers and then we also have a group of students from the different high schools in the area so that tops us up to -- we're over 150 people in the room."
Take the Leap runs until 4:30 today.
