The far southwest of Manitoba is under a special advisory from Environment Canada for funnel clouds.
The weather agency says a disturbance along the US border will create favourable conditions for funnel clouds in southwestern Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan.
In our province, the advisory covers Virden, Turtle Mountain, and Killarney nearby areas.
The disturbance is expected to move east, out of the area, this evening.
