Dauphin's 1st Street SE from Memorial Boulevard to 3rd Avenue SE will be partially or completely closed to traffic for the next few weeks.
Starting today and going until July 22, the city is installing a new water main.
The back lane between the first blocks of Memorial and 3rd will also be closed during this time.
