After having such a successful event back in March, the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba is able to put on another Summer Band Camp in Dauphin this summer.
Outreach Manager in the Parkland region for the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba, Eleanor Snitka says usually she applies for a grant every year for the camp, but this year she didn't have to.
"We had Voices of Angels that went in March and we actually went for two nights this year and we are fortunate enough to have had great support from our community that we made enough money to fund our whole camp for this summer."
This is the third year the camp will be taking place where kids aged 12-17 spend two weeks at DRCSS where they learn music and form bands.
