A man is in stable condition after being stabbed Friday night.
Selkirk RCMP responded to a stabbing in the RM of St. Andrews.
The investigation reveals that a female struck a male with a beer bottle then proceeded to stab the male multiple times.
The male victim was transported to hospital in serious condition but is now in stable condition.
The 44 year old female, of Winnipeg has been charged with, Attempted murder, assault with a weapon, uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The woman is in custody and appeared in court this morning.
