"Healthcare is important to this region, so I’d just like to say I’ve been advocating for more health care services in this region in general from the time I’ve been here. There’s a lot of services I think residents of the Parkland are going to Brandon and Winnipeg for and we need to be having more services in this area. I’ve absolutely been advocating for the MRI, and I think that would be a great addition to the Parkland healthcare system."
Michaleski noted he has been advocating for Grandview Hospital and retaining the emergency services there.
