A 23 year old from Thompson was shot on Wednesday and had to be transported to a Winnipeg Hospital.
RCMP arrested 19 year old David Baker and charged him with Attempted Murder and discharge of a firearm with Intent.
The 23 year old is in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
