Chair Yoga in Gilbert Plains

The Gilbert Plains & District Community Resource Council is offering a Chair Yoga class with Buffy every Friday morning at 10am, starting on Friday October 13th. It will be held at the Richardson Pioneer Hall in Gilbert Plains and is $7 to attend. For more info or to register, call 204-548-4131.
