NWMC Meet the Artist

The Northwest Metis Council invites to an exclusive opportunity to meet with Metis artist Amelia Rempel, at the Metis Community Centre in Dauphin on Thursday August 24th. Starting at 5:30pm, take part in the showcase for her dress created to bring awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two Spirit (MMIWG2S). There is a $5 entry fee, and refreshments and a light meal will be provided. All proceeds will be donated to Amelia to go towards her post-secondary education living costs.
