The Dauphin McDonald’s AtomC Knights have earned the right to call themselves champions.

The team beat Waywayseecappo, 7-6, in a back and forth classic in the A-side final of the McDonald’s Atom Showdown in Dauphin. 

The Roblin Atom Stars claimed third place by beating Dauphin 1, 6-3, while the Dauphin Blue Knights beat the Dauphin Turtles, 8-1, in the B-side final.

Elsewhere, Grand Plains won the B-side consolation over Moosomin, 8-1 and Grunthal beat Riverton in the C-side final.

In one other game, Winnipegosis took home the C-side consolation as they beat River East.
