A Dauphin woman already facing several theft related charges from recent events is in more hot water with the law.
RCMP were alerted Wednesday morning about a suspect that filled a shopping cart full of groceries, and then exited the south Main Street store without paying.
Police discovered her and the shopping cart a short time later, and promptly returned the $506 worth of groceries to the store.
The 51-year-old woman has been remanded into custody, and now faces a total of five counts of theft under $5,000.
She also faces additional charges of failing to attend court and failing to comply with court orders.
