The State of Local Emergency in Dauphin, put in place on July 1 in response to the significant flooding, is no longer in effect.

While the State of Local Emergency is no longer in effect, the impacts of the flooding continue to be felt throughout our community. The City no longer needs additional powers during the recovery phase.

They also recognize many residents and businesses remain in the recovery process, and the ongoing closure of the Dauphin Regional Health Centre continues to affect Dauphin and the surrounding region.

Affected residents and businesses are encouraged to take a look at the available recovery resources.
