An investigation is underway into a pair of fires early Monday morning at Happy Haven in Dauphin.
Fire crews were called shortly after 3 am, and were met by tenants that were able to evacuate the building.
The first fire was to a mobility scooter located outside of a suite, while the second fire was in the mail room of the facility.
Significant damage to the mail room was caused by the second fire.
Once the entire building was ventilated, fire fighters, paramedics, and property management went door to door to check on the well being of any tenants who may have health concerns.
No injuries were reported, and no damage estimates are available at this time.
Both fires are being treated as suspicious in nature, and anybody with information is asked to contact the Dauphin RCMP.
