Daiphin RCMP turned to Facebook to assist them with an investigation into a robbery at a Dauphin gas station.
Mounties learned about the incident on April 19th through a post on the social media platform, which included a photo of the suspect and of the car that they escaped in.
After conducting an initial investigation at the gas station, RCMP returned to the business when they learned that a suspect had returned.
Despite claims that they had returned to pay for the items, which included several electronics, police confirmed that some items were actually returned with the packaging opened and missing some of the contents.
The suspect - a 28-year-old Dauphin woman - was arrested and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.
