The Dauphin Kings announced today that they've traded for 20-year-old Kolby Johnson from the La Ronge Ice Wolves (SJHL).

Johnson brings in a ton of experience at the Jr. A level and major junior level. He's played 83 games in the WHL between the Prince George Cougars and Prince Albert Raiders.

He also ended last season playing in the QMJHL for the Sherbrooke Phoenix for 41 games.

This season in La Ronge, Johnson was a regular on the score sheet. He's chipped in 16 points in 20 games (7G).

To complete the trade, the Kings sent Sammy Mouland and future considerations to the Ice Wolves.
