The Dauphin and District Snowmobile Club are patiently waiting to open up the trails.

President of the club, George Carriere, notes the status of the trails right now.

“Our trails are not officially open yet so anybody riding on them is riding on them at their own risk and their own insurances,” explained Carriere.  “Snoman insurance won’t kick in until the trails are officially opened.”

The first packing of the trails and signing have been started.
