It was stated in a teleconference in Winnipeg by Health Minster Goertzen and MLA Michaleski.

“Of course I am pleased with the announcement for the City of Dauphin and really for the Parkland and Westman regions of the province,” stated Michaleksi.  “It’s just really good news.”

The Dauphin MRI machine will be the most northern placed unit in the province.
