Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources the Human Resource Generalist is responsible for developing, recommending and administering effective processes and programs for talent management activities including; recruiting, interviewing and hiring. The role is also responsible for compensation programs, as well as developing and enforcing operating personnel policies and procedures, and ensuring employee wellness and safety. The HR Generalist also plays a key role in employee relations by being involved in employee relations, counseling, and coaching. The successful candidate may work out of any of our 18 branch locations.
The education and experience for success in this positions includes:
- Minimum one year of post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or another relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Working towards a formal education designation, and/or CPHR designation is considered an asset.
Compensation for this position is $48,151 - $58,901 per annum. Fusion also offers excellent employee benefits and a variable incentive pay plan.
