In the Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey League series with the Winnipeg Thrashers it was a case of not getting the bounces or finishing on chances for Parkland.
The Rangers ended up falling 2-1 in overtime to the Winnipeg Thrashers in game four of their series Saturday in Winnipegosis. With the win Winnipeg took the set 3-1 and move on to play Brandon in the next round while the Winnipeg Wild meet Pembina Valley.
The Rangers will practice for the next couple of weeks and get set for the Midget West Regional for the Telus Cup. It goes April 2nd to 5th at Credit Union Place. Listen to 730 CKDM later this week for a look ahead with Rangers Coach Doug Hedley!
