The Prairie Mountain Health Community Connections Van will be in Dauphin on Monday, July 27th, and Tuesday, July 28th. The van will be parked outside of Under One Roof (Dauphin United Church), Dauphin Friendship Centre, and Parkland Crossing. Please stop by to see what the Community Connections Van is all about and what it has to offer and share with our community and for those in need.
