New Mental Health Self Help Support Group in Swan River

The Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba is hosting a self-help group now in Swan River at the United Church Basement operating each Wednesday evening starting at 7pm, registration fee is only $10.
The group gathers each Wednesday evening from September 30th to October 28th, 5 classes’ total.
