Fire & Vine Experience at Elkhorn Resort

Elkhorn Resort presents Fire & Vine, an outdoor culinary experience on Friday August 14th and Saturday August 15th. You will journey through the grounds of Elkhorn Resort, moving through a series of unique culinary stations paired with wines. A menu list can be found here on our Community Calendar. Tickets are $199 each and available by calling 204-848-2802.
The 5-station Menu includes (in order):
1) Compressed Cucumber, Chevre, Dill Oil, and Trout Roe
2) Charred Asparagus, Pickled Strawberry, Whipped Ricotta, and fresh Basil
3) Charred Dough finished A La Minute over flame, Fire-Roasted Summer Vegetables, Flame-Roasted Prawns and Smoke Chili Butter
4) Slow-roasted Bison Short Rib finished over flame, Sweet and Spicety Summer Corn Puree, Fondant Potato and Charred Greens
5) Grilled Peach and Plum, Burnt Honey, Macerated Sour Cherries, Toasted Oa, Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Crème fraîche
