The group of young actors are getting ready to perform their rendition of The Polar Express.

Assistant Director Christine Harapiak says the production will tell the story of the Christmas classic, with some new elements added.

 

"It's a bit of a variety show, actually, based upon The Polar Express. So there's lots of, you know, jingle bells songs, lots of Santa Clause is Coming to Town, trying to pick up on the theme of The Polar Express."

 

The Youth Arts Committee will perform The Polar Express at the Dauphin Public Library Saturday, December 19 at 3pm. Admission is free.
