Norwex Canada is looking for motivated and energetic people to join our Customer Service Team! Are you interested in working in a fast paced environment? Do you enjoy working independently?


Must be available to work evenings and occasional weekends.


Responsibilities:
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience dealing with the public
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills


As a member of our Team, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing incoming calls and providing timely and accurate information.
• Active listening to identify and assess customers’ needs.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quick and accurate service in a professional manor.
