The Canadian Junior Hockey League have released the Top 20 Pre-Season Rankings.

Riese Gaber and Team Green claimed first place to cap off the Brandon Wheat Kings rookie camp.

Dauphin Kings camp starts Thursday afternoon and ends Sunday with the JoFo Cup game.

The WHL's most recent champions start their training camp today, looking to see who's in the reserves for continued success.

The Dauphin Kings are still in need of a few more billets for the upcoming season.

Billet families are asked to welcome a Kings player into their home, providing the player their own bedroom, or a room to be shared with another teammate, and meals for their players.

Players are expected to arrange their own transportation, contribute to the household's daily chores, do their own laundry, and provide their own personal care items and cell phones.

The Kings exhibition season starts Monday, Sept. 5th. The regular season kicks off Friday, Sept. 23rd with the home opener to take place one week later on Sept. 30th.

For more info visit the Kings website, or if you're interested in hosting a player, contact the Kings Office at 622-5460.

The Dauphin Kings are set to host their training camp this week. Camp kicks off Thursday with just under 60 players expected to attend.

Several on-ice sessions will take place over the weekend, follow along this weekend as CKDM Sports Director, Dane Nichol, will have live reports from camp brought to you by Parkland Source for Sports and Steiner Plumbing & Heating.

Camp concludes on Sunday with the JoFo Cup when Team Trotz takes on Team Goring at 3:00pm.

Season ticket holders can pick up their tickets at the Jofo Game or any of the Kings three exhibition games next month.

The kids are heading back to school soon so that means it's time to get them back to hockey as well. Check here for registration details.
