The Dauphin Clippers baseball team is on the board.

They went into their fourth game of the Prairie West High School Baseball League season with a winless 0-3 record, but that zero turned into a one tonight with a thrilling 13-12 win.

Jason Kish dominated the game for the Clippers, going 4-4. One of his hits was a triple, while he picked up two doubles, and one single.

Brandon Racette was awarded the win on the mound. He pitched three innings and struck out five batters while giving up just three runs.

Dauphin will now look to even up their record this Sunday, as they head on the road for a double dip against Crocus Plains, and Boissevain.

The squad wraps up their regular season next Wednesday back at Vermillion Park.
