Jon Gaudet is one of the dozens of Alumni's who will be back in Dauphin next Saturday to take part in the Dauphin Kings Alumni Game.

Gaudet played for the Kings in the 2012-13 season.

"I know it was a short stint, but I'm coming back because of my time playing there, and the fans were by far the best in the MJHL," said Gaudet. "They were loyal, they were always smiling and I just think it's time for everyone to come back and show the support for the City of Dauphin and the Kings organization."

During the season that Gaudet spent with the Kings, he was one of the team's stronger players as he put up 65 points in 44 games while adding another 20 in the playoffs in 19 games.

"I knew the Dauphin Kings organization was a great organization from other people, and just anyone you talk to," said Gaudet. "It's always been a tight group, and I couldn't have asked for anything more from my time in Dauphin."

Gaudet will play in the Young Pups Division, on Team Gilbert Plains Country Club, as they take on Team Love and Persson.

"I'll probably go for a jog here and there," said Gaudet. "I'll be ready for the game.

Gaudet and the rest of Team Gilbert Plains Country Club will hit the ice at 3:30 on September 23, and there is no cost to watch.
