The Winnipeg Goldeyes are moving on after they beat the Lincoln Saltdogs 10-9 on Sunday night at Shaw Park, to win their semifinal series 3-1.

The Goldeyes led 8-6 in the top of the ninth before the Saltdogs put their rally caps on as they took a 9-8 lead heading into the bottom half of the inning.

In the bottom of the ninth, the Goldeyes won in the unlikeliest way possible, as the Saltdogs pitching staff threw back to back walks with the bases loaded, as the Winnipeg Goldeyes walked it off in dramatic fashion at Shaw Park.

With the win, the Goldeyes advance to the league Championship for the second year in a row, and for the second year in a row, they will take on the Wichita Wingnuts, a team they beat last year to capture the Championship.

The Championship series is slated to begin on Wednesday with the Wingnuts hosting game one and two before the series flips to Shaw Park for game three and if necessary, four and five.
