The Parkland Source for Sports 4 on 4 Summer Hockey League continued last night at Credit Union Place with two games.
#1 - Next Level St Generals vs Catalyst Credit Union Lightning
This game featured the undefeated Generals, against a Lightning team who were 1-2 coming in, but both losses were close.
This one was also a close game, but the Generals pulled away and were able to secure a 14-10 win over the Lightning.
Brad Marshall, Kurtis Luke, and Dustin Mozdzen continue to lead the Generals with 12, 10, and 10 points respectively.
With the win, the Generals are now 4-0, and the Lightning are 1-3.
#2 - Aspen Insurance vs FDL Auto Turbo Chargers
The last time Aspen Insurance (2-2) faced off with the Chargers (1-3), they were beaten 10-3.
Unfortunately, the Chargers couldn't repeat that performance, as Aspen Insurance squeaked by the Chargers, 10-9 last night.
With the win, Aspen Insurance jumped into second place in the 2001 and older division, while the Chargers dropped into a tie for third.
Today's Game Schedule
The action switches over to the 2002-2005 division tonight with two games, at Credit Union Place.
First at 7:00 p.m., the Kal Tire Hakkapelittas take on the Next Level St Wranglers.
That game is followed by the Kelleher Ford Mustangs against Kiniw Management
